Monsters

You wanted me to tell you that monsters don’t exist | but they’re everywhere so raise your fist so raise your fist | they’re in politics global economics | they’ve got so many tricks and laws to rule the rest of us | they wage wars they land on mars | they come and go | you’ll see them rise soon to destroy love to destroy love | You wanted me to tell you that monsters don’t exist | but they’re here and there and they’re yours to yours to resists | they’re in pop music cinematographic | they’ve got recipes to make you give away your money | they binge in bars they rage in cars | they beat their wives they’ll cheat their way through life | they don’t realise it’s your life too | You wanted me to tell you that monsters don’t exist | but they’re everywhere so raise your fist so raise your fist | they’re not malefic simply egotistic | and if you’re not careful they’ll come and crawl inside of you inside of you
